At Perfume Aura, we value your trust and strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which orders may be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at perfumeauraudaipur@gmail.com or +91 98281 38456.

  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns

Due to the personal nature of perfumes and cosmetic products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging for the return to be approved.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or partially used perfumes and personal care items.

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage.

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please follow the return process, and a replacement will be shipped once approved.
